The 2026 Jiangsu Annual Conference on Automation (JACA 2026) will be held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, in mid-November 2026, which is organized by the Jiangsu Association of Automation (JACA) and co-hosted by Nanjing Tech University and Nanjing NARI-Relay Electric Co., Ltd. The conference is a significant annual academic event for eastern China and Jiangsu Province. The program will include keynote speeches, technical sessions, special topic discussions, as well as exhibitions of new technologies and products. We warmly welcome scholars, experts, and professionals to actively submit papers and attend the conference.

II. Submission Requirements

1. English submissions are accepted for the conference. The submitted papers must not have been published in any academic journals or conferences, and should be genuine and original.

2. English papers should comply with the template and sample requirements. The format and draft template of the paper can be found in the attachment.

3. The double-column layout of a paper should not exceed 6 pages.

4. Paper submissions and reviews rely on the paper system of Technical Committee on Control Theory (TCCT), Chinese Association of Automation. Please log into the system, select the Regular Paper submission for this conference (JACA 2026), and the submission address is: https://cms.amss.ac.cn/.

III. Paper Award Selection

The organizing committee will select the best paper and outstanding papers from the submitted papers, and present awards during the conference.

IV. Important Dates

1. Submission Deadline: August 31, 2026

2. Notification of Acceptance Date: September 30, 2026

3. Return Deadline for Conference Participation Receptions by Authors: October 11, 2026
